2. Shipping Costs:
Calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase.
3. Returns:
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds processed as store credit.
3.2 Warranty Returns: Valid warranty claims within 90 days. Customers pre-pay return shipping, reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim. Refund to payment method, store credit, or replacement item (if available).
4. Delivery:

4.3 Dispatch Time: Within 2 business days.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address: Changes possible before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping: Shipped to P.O. boxes using postal services.
4.6 Military Address Shipping: Shipped using USPS.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock: Dispatched once available.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact if delivery time exceeds estimate.
5. Tracking Notifications: Customers receive tracking links based on shipping provider updates.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit: If damaged, reject if possible. If delivered, contact customer service.
7. Duties & Taxes:
7.1 Sales Tax: Applied to displayed prices.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: Prepaid.
8. Cancellations: Accepted before dispatch. After, refer to our refund policy.
9. Insurance: Parcels insured for loss and damage as per courier’s stated value.
